📋 Key Responsibilities
As our Licensed Property Manager, you will oversee the strategic performance, compliance, and day-to-day operations of our luxury short-term rental and premium suite portfolio. Duties include:
- Portfolio Oversight:Â Driving operational excellence across all Toronto properties, ensuring they continuously meet our high-end brand standards.
- Compliance & Legal Leadership:Â Navigating and ensuring absolute adherence to Toronto’s short-term rental bylaws, provincial regulations, and condo board rules.
- Team & Vendor Management:Â Leading, hiring, and mentoring our internal operations team (cleaning supervisors, guest care) and negotiating high-level vendor/contractor agreements.
- Financial Optimization:Â Budgeting, financial reporting, and implementing revenue-management strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
- Stakeholder Relations:Â Serving as the primary point of contact for property owners, corporate clients, and building boards.
🎯 What We Are Looking For
- Licensing:Â Active and valid Ontario professional licensing relevant to property management (RECO, CMRAO, or equivalent applicable real estate/property management designation).
- Experience: 3–5+ years of proven success managing high-end residential portfolios, luxury short-term rentals, or hospitality assets.
- Operational Leadership:Â A track record of optimizing workflows, managing budgets, and successfully leading scaling teams.
- Tech-Forward Mindset:Â Highly proficient with modern Property Management Systems (PMS), channel managers, and hospitality analytics tools.
- Entrepreneurial Drive:Â Someone who thinks like a business owner, protects asset values, and actively pursues growth opportunities.
